Refunds are only possible in the following cases:

- The inability to download the purchased recipe after payment (subject to the provision of evidence).

- The recipe differs significantly from the stated description (provided clear arguments are provided).

No refund is made if:

- The recipe has been uploaded successfully.

- The customer changed his mind after uploading the recipe.

- The customer didn't like the recipe.

- The customer does not know how to cook according to the recipe.

To request a refund, you must contact customer support within 7 days of purchase, providing the order number and a detailed description of the problem. The decision on the refund is made individually after consideration of each case. The funds will be refunded in the same way as the payment was made.
